Registration opened for the 13th Annual Coimbatore Marathon on July 27.
The marathon will take place on December 21, 2025 and will see over 23,000 walkers and runners participate in support of cancer awareness. Participants can race in any of four categories: half marathon, 10km run, 5km timed run or 5km walk. The registration was launched with Coimbatore District Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavarm, Commissioner of Police A. Saravana Sundar and Corporation Commissioner Sivaguru Prabakaran signing up for the race.
Thus far, the Coimbatore Marathon has raised over ₹6.14 crore for the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation, which has been supporting cancer survivors and raising awareness. The marathon is organised by CCF in collaboration with Coimbatore Runners, a non-profit organisation. This year’s marathon has Walkaroo as title partner and will be powered by ELGi Equipments. Registration fees are as follows: half marathon ₹1,300; 10km ₹1,100; 5km timed run ₹850 and 5km walk ₹650.
