Lava launches Blaze AMOLED 2 with Sony camera and 5,000 mAh battery

India’s homegrown smartphone maker Lava on Monday (August 11, 2025) launched a new budget segment phone under the Blaze series known as Lava Blaze AMOLED 2.
The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 has a 6.67 inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Lava has used a 5,000 mAh battery in Blaze AMOLED 2 with a 33W fast charging included in the box. It is IP64 rated for splash resistance.
Blaze AMOLED 2 runs on MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset with 6 GB LPDDR5+ RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage. It comes with an additional 6 GB virtual RAM support. It will receive one Android OS upgrade and two years of security updates.

Blaze AMOLED 2 features a 50 MP Sony IMX752 sensor on the rear and an 8 MP front camera.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 has been priced at ₹13,499 and is available across Lava’s retail outlets and will be available exclusively on Amazon starting August 16. It comes in Midnight Black and White Feather colours.
