A crucial meeting of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Political Affairs Committee (PAC) has been scheduled for August 23 at Gandhi Bhavan and a decision on the dates of the local body elections and the BC reservations are likely to be finalised. The meeting will commence at 5 p.m.
On Sunday morning (August 17, 2025), TPCC president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud met Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at the CM’s residence in Jubilee Hills. Ministers, including Ponnam Prabhakar, former MP V. Hanumantha Rao and several senior leaders were also present.
The leaders held extensive deliberations on key issues such as BC reservations, upcoming local body elections, and strengthening the party’s organisational structure in the State. Sources said, the PAC meeting on August 23 is expected to finalise strategies on these important matters.
