Telangana | Bogatha waterfall closed for visitors in view of heavy rains

The Bogatha waterfall in Wazedu mandal of Mulugu district has been closed for visitors with immediate effect until further orders in view of heavy rains lashing the district.

A decision to this effect has been taken by the Forest Department keeping in mind the safety of tourists, official sources said.

Muthyamdhara, Kongala, Mamidiloddi and Krushnapuram waterfalls in the district have been permanently closed by the Forest Department for safety reasons. Stern action will be taken against those defying these orders.
