Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw has instructed the officials concerned of Central, North Western and Western Railways, to immediately work out the feasibility of running a daily train service from Hyderabad to Jodhpur on an alternate route via Nanded, Akola, Ratlam, Ajmer route on Thursday.
The existing bi-weekly, weekly and passing through trains are running in the congested Ahmedabad route, hence the Railway Minister has approved the request for running a new direct daily service train from Kacheguda to Bhagat Ki Kothi or Jodhpur when a delegation of representatives from various associations of Rajasthani community based here met him at New Delhi.
Hyderabad Kirana Merchants Association, Maheshwari Samaj, Kumavath Samaj, Telgnana-Andhra Pradesh Maheshwari Sabha, Akhil Bharatvarshiya Maheshwari Mahasabha and Hyderabad-Secunderabad Maheshwari Sabha representatives met the Minister, said a press release.
