A Bachelor of Arts Final year student, along with her father, crossed a flooded bridge across the Kagina in Sangavi (T) village of Sedam taluk in Kalaburagi district to attend her exam.
The student was identified as Rani, a native of Sangavi (T) village.
Following continuous downpour in parts of the district for the last four days, the bridge across the river was submerged due to increase in water level.
The student and her father duo waded through waist-deep water.
In a video footage that went viral on social platforms, the father can be seen carrying his daughter’s bag and helping her navigate across the flooded bridge.
